Where can I find a French translater from like english to french site?

depends what type of homework… personally I use reverso.net… it works better than freetranslation or babel at recognizing different conjugations, offers accented letter buttons…

    http://www.wordreference.com is a place you can look things up and see alternate definitions and examples.
    They also have an online forum.

    Re "auto translators" , if you have any idea of typing a paragraph into a translator and magically getting back something in French that you can hand in for school, I want to warn you that all you’re going to get is in trouble and a bad grade. Sometimes for simple sentences they do get it right but sometimes it comes out with mistakes, sometimes even sounds ridiculous!

    If you want to make a try at your homework and post it, people will be glad to help here, or try it on wordreference.

    While it’s "ok" to use translation sites, they might not provide a good enough translation for a school project. There are several dead give-aways that will be obvious to an experienced French speaker. If you are doing a project for anything other than a high school course, I would strongly advise against doing this.
