The Lord Jesus …
The Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins and by HIS grace, I believed and HE saved me.
I was a lost, guilty and deserving sinner, but HE loved me.
Many have died on a cross, but HE didn’t just suffer the pain of the cross, but terrible soul suffering that we cannot comprehend.
Jesus Christ is the eternal God and HE died, HE died to save me . . . .He is now risen and is seated at the right hand of the Father, Praise HIS Holy name.

I heard this song one day on my way to church with my mother and my best friend and it wasnt the first time I had heard it, but it was the first time I heard it and made me feel wonderful and made me realize that I need to be a better Christian for God.

jonaiel, wonder if I told you that you could get even closer to God than ever before, would you be interested? You say you feel close to Him in prayer and while reading His Word and that is great. But you can actually be in the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist where He is present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. It doesn’t get any closer or more personal than that, wouldn’t you agree? God bless you.
