Thanks for your comments, in all fairness It appears that most French people are disgusted by whats happened. Certainly all the French people I know have been sickened by this hollow victory. I am never proud of …
I am never proud of anything accomplished through deceit, cheating or foulplay. if winning is truly what you want why not do it for real? There is far more respect due in an honest defeat or draw than this. Maybe this is how you grew up, it’s a shame they don’t teach honour and truth, integrity and ownership in this sport. watching this sport is getting harder as people in this sport are a bunch of pansy’s crying at every glance to thier bodies, why can’t they be like the rugby guys and man up.

Calm down guys, listen to what Roy Keane has to say about this match and the handball dilemma. Where was the goalkeeper, the defenders? Why didn’t they clear the ball which bounced in the six yard box? That’s what Roy Keane is asking the Irish team about.

Don’t act as if such cheating doesn’t go on in football. Every player would do it if presented with the opportunity based on their instincts because every player wants his team to win! Simple!

Thierry Henry is a great footballer. I respect how he stood with the player of ireland at the end of the game. You can definitely tell he was sorry. I also believe France and Ireland should replay the second leg again. FIFA should endorse a referee behind the net on each side just like the european league games.
